Ma Xianli

In charge of student affairs, political education, employment, sports committees, and alumni contact.

To establish connections with the discipline cluster of Light Chemical Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing and related colleges.

In charge of the Student Work Department (Division), the Armed Forces Department, the Career Guidance Center, the University League Committee,Alumni Work Office, Alumni Association and Education Development Foundation.

Ning Xvchu

Member of the CPC GXU Committee,   Vice President

Responsible for finance, logistics services, infrastructure projects, campus planning and construction management, state-owned asset management, experimental teaching and equipment, bidding and procurement.

In charge of Finance Division, Logistics and Infrastructure Department, State-owned Assets and Laboratory Management Department (Bidding and Procurement Management Center).

Feng Jiaxun

Vice President

Responsible for undergraduate and graduate education and degree management, educational quality monitoring and evaluation, student innovation and entrepreneurship affairs, and international student education and enrollment affairs.

Establish connections with the discipline cluster of Modern Agriculture and Health Sciences and related colleges.

In charge of the Academic Affairs Office (Center for Faculty Development), Faculty Teaching Development Center, and Graduate School (Office of the Degree Assessment Committee).

Liu Xiang

Member of the CPC GXU Committee, Vice President

Responsible for comprehensive management of social security and stability, epidemic prevention and control, labor union affairs, retired personnel affairs, younger generation education affairs, library and information services, and archives management.

In charge of the Office of Comprehensive Management of Public Security Committee, Retired Personnel Affairs Office, Labor Union, and Library (Archives).

Xia Guoen

Member of the CPC GXU Committee， Vice President

Responsible for the development of university-owned enterprises, university science and technology parks, continuing education program, and the construction of  new agricultural science base.

Establish connections with the discipline cluster of Applied Economics and Modern Service Industries and related colleges.

In charge of the China-ASEAN Research Institute, China-ASEAN Information Port Big Data Research Institute, Guangxi Innovation and Development Research Institute, China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone Research Institute, China-ASEAN Institute of Financial Cooperation, Continuing Education College, Asset Management Limited Company, and Research Institutes of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Industry Development (Institute for Rural Development and Guangxi Forage Workstation).

Tian Lihui

Member of the CPC GXU Committee, Vice President

Responsible for philosophical and social science research, to strengthen the construction of "Double First-Class" and “Ministry-Province Co-construction” as well as the Research topics on China-ASEAN economic issues in the new stage and new context.

Xiao Jianzhuang

Responsible for research management, academic journal development, state key laboratory construction, international exchange and cooperation, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan affairs, and international education.

Liang Enwei

Responsibilities include development planning, discipline construction, "Double First-Class" Construction,Ministry-Province Co-construction, specific support, higher education research, and smart campus construction.
